Staff Thermal Manufacturing Engineer

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in process, design, or product development for mechanical assemblies. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field. - 12 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or product engineering for hardware technology and systems. - 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role. - 2 years of relevant process or product development experience for thermal assemblies for small to large electronic systems. - Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication. - Experience with machining, welding, brazing (furnace, vacuum), soldering, sintering, stamping, skiving, assembly, die casting, injection molding, leak detection, test design and product testing, quality control, equipment and fixture design.
