SUPERVISORY PROJECT MANAGER (FACILITY DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION) Job Number: 2600016G Primary Location : United States-Virginia-Virginia Beach Organization : NEXCOMHQ Pay Range : $101,693 - $130,584 Based on exp Job Summary: Supervises select activities and personnel within the Design and Construction Division of Code B focused on the procurement, execution, closeout, and post-project review phases of the NEXCOM Capital Improvement Program. This supervisory position involves architectural, engineering, contractual, and financial activities supporting capital project execution. Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent of this position must file a Financial Disclosure Report (OGE) Form 450. Performs other related duties as assigned. - Works under the general direction of the Director of Design and Construction (BD) with wide latitude to exercise independent judgment to perform the work described. The BD Director outlines broad overall programs and policies, sets goals and target dates, and special priorities.
