As an Operations Manager within PNC's Asset Transfer Preparation organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. Operations Manager will be working with the Preparation and Managed Account Operations Team. They will be involved in processing of asset transfers. Will be responsible for ensuring that service requests are being set up correctly based on client, transfer of cash and assets, and verification. Managerial duties will include holding career development conversations, escalations, and corrective actions. Operations Manager will be supporting their team and will ensure that the workflow is flowing evenly throughout the team.
