About The Role As the Delivery Lead you are responsible for the effective project management, client management, personnel management, and profitable delivery and growth of services provided to CASG within the EWIS IWP.. You will ensure high-quality outcomes for this key client through direct project oversight and operate as the primary point of contact for EWIS-Land SPO client delivery. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management: - Support the Delivery Manager in leading delivery teams to achieve profitable results in line with established budgets. - Support the Delivery Manager in managing the delivery of services/outcomes as required by the contract. - Professional & Personnel management of Nova Staff allocated delivery teams in accordance with Nova policies and procedures Client Relationship Management: - Support the Delivery Manager in managing members of the delivery teams (Nova & Subcontractors) in their duties. - Contribute to the Identification, development, and execution of new and follow-on business from the client. - Represent Nova in the Client and other forums. - Maintain a pro-active relationship with clients and other stakeholders.
