Job Description: Mars Wrigley- Fork Lift Machine Operator- Night Shift- Hackettstown, NJ Starting rate: $25+/hour (based on experience) and $2/hour shift premium This site manufactures chocolate and peanut M&Ms Required Shift: Shift: 3rd Shift: Schedule: 2-2-3 (rotating): Hours: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift) Description of Role: The Fork Lift Machine Operators (Team Member) are experts in operating equipment (including fork lifts), machinery, and systems within their assigned area. They are responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products, performing machine operations and changeovers, and supporting the training of other team members. What are we looking for?: Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment Forklift experience: Proficient in using computers and PC software, including Microsoft Office and email Physical Requirements: Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
