This position works within a Human Resource (HR) group in support of various HR and related activities for all BHS sites. MAJOR TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Enforces company policies and practices. Responsible for achieving set goals for the HR department. Assist with ensuring HR is operating consistently with HR, Ethics and Compliance standards. Stay apprised of employment related legislative and regulatory actions for company implications and recommend required changes. Support HR and regulatory / compliance reporting requirements and efforts, preparing ongoing and ad hoc HR and compliance reports. Oversees the daily workflow of the department. Lead the department in keeping up with monthly duties and provides feedback when needed. Provide support and guidance to HR team. Co-conduct training, preparing presentations as required.
