This role sits in a complex, regulated, and high-impact domain and requires a leader who drives clarity, alignment, and data-driven decision making. This is a player-coach leadership role , not a visual design position only. You will set direction in ambiguous spaces, align cross-functional teams early in the product lifecycle, and ensure UX drives meaningful outcomes for nurses, students, educators, and institutions.
