Location : [ Keesville NY/ Alice falls ] Position Summary: We are seeking a highly dependable and technically skilled Hydroelectric Technician / Plant Operator to support the operation and maintenance of a hydroelectric generating facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the plant operates safely, efficiently, and reliably while maximizing generation and minimizing downtime. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities, experience working with rotating equipment and hydraulic systems, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining high operational standards. This position requires a professional who takes not only ownership of the facility, maintains situational awareness of plant conditions, but responds quickly and safely to operational issues.
