Mission: We are looking for an Assistant Office Manager Intern to support the Office Manager in our Paris office. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Paris and is not compatible with remote work. Working closely with the HR Manager, to whom you will report, you will have a varied role. Start Date : June 2026: Responsibilities: Smooth running of the office & reception: Reception: Welcoming office visitors, candidates, new employees, partners, and investors; collecting office deliveries; and managing the phone and intercom. Office: Ensuring that the office and terrace are tidy and spotless, reflecting our brand image, with the help of an office and cleaning service supply company.
