Description We are seeking a Seasonal Accounts Payable Clerk to support our Accounting team during our peak season from August through January , with the opportunity to be considered for rehire for the next seasonal term (May through January) . The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Full-time, Seasonal August – January (with potential to return for May – January season) - Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and timely - Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date - Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors - Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable - Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper approvals and coding - Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally Qualifications: - Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred - Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and organizational skills - Bilingual (English/Spanis...
