JOB DESCRIPTION: To provide support to all customers entering the Concierge office/desks and to Concierge staff. To represent the ORU Concierge office well to external and internal customers. - FULL TIME RESPONSIBILITIES: - Make sure the Concierge Office Desk is manned at all times. - Greet and welcome all persons entering the Concierge office/desks. Answer phones and transfer calls appropriately. - Offer the best customer service to students, parents, and other patrons at all times.
