You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, real-time support to a diverse global client base. Acting as a trusted partner, you will provide thoughtful, accurate solutions to client queries while leveraging your understanding of both buy-side and sell-side FX workflows. The service you provide is a core part of Bloomberg’s value proposition and directly impacts client experience, product adoption, and retention.
