POSITION SUMMARY: The Inspection Manager is a member of Maintenance Department, reporting directly to the Maintenance Director. The Inspection Manager is responsible for managing the sites Mechanical Integrity program for piping and fixed equipment, inspection programs, inspection procedures, and supervising 6 personnel (5 Inspectors and 1 Corrosion Engineer). RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversees inspection planning and execution of all fixed equipment and piping in compliance with jurisdictional requirements, MPC practices and procedures, and industry standards. - Supports work scope development of inspection activities for turnarounds (TARs). - Selects contract inspection companies. Manages the planning and execution of work of contract inspection companies. - Administers the use of inspection data management system (APM).
