Seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Superintendent, preferably with Data Center experience for a direct hire, long-term opportunity in Glen Allen, VA. Pay : $110K to 150K annually based on experience Plus : 10-15% year end bonus! $14,400 vehicle allowance annually! 4 weeks of vacation! Schedule : M-F (7 am to 4:30 pm) Responsibilities for Electrical Superintendent: - Support both pre-construction and the project team in reviewing trade partners proposals, schedules, and logistics. - Manage the installation of the following systems: electrical, HVAC, automation, plumbing, process piping, low voltage systems, fire/life safety, and fire protection design/construction coordination (validated and non-validated systems) - Participate in review of Electrical related shop drawings and submittals. - Assist in the development of full commissioning plans for all Electrical systems that identify and define the following: all test requirements, required inspections, factory start-up of major equipment, factory acceptance testing, project and vendor documentation requirements, and integrated test plans demonstrating full...
