Job DetailsJob Location: Path Lab Florida - Aventura, FL 33180Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $30.00 - $40.00 HourlyJob Shift: AnyPosition purpose THIS IS AN EARLY MORNING, FULL TIME POSITION: The Histotechnologist’s main responsibility is to perform all functions in the histology lab to include embedding, microtomy, staining, grossing and filing. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks: Must be proficient in the following areas: Embedding Microtomy Routine Staining Special Staining/immunohistochemistry File slides, block and paperwork in alpha-numeric order Equipment quality control Perform related duties as assigned. QualificationsQualifications: Education: HT(ASCP) or eligible required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in histology preferred.
