SECURITY OFFICER – DAY SHIFT

Job description

As a security guard, you will play a key role in the protection of property and people at LaSalle College. You will also be responsible for welcoming students and visitors, while ensuring a safe and professional environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Security: - Ensure the safety of the premises and people attending the College; - Carry out preventive security rounds; - Ensuring fire prevention; - Applying protocols in emergency measures; - Responding to incidents; - Acting as a First Aid Attendant in the Workplace; - Ensure that the institution's rules are applied; - Operate security systems (access control, cameras, alarms, fire panel); - Issuing access cards. Customer Service and Support: - Welcoming students and meeting their information needs; - Providing quality customer service; - Write reports (incidents, first aid); - Maintain various records; - Perform any other related tasks. REQUIREMENTS: This role involves interacting with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale.
