Job description

Albany International Corporation, a leading manufacturer of paper industry machine clothing has an immediate opening for a North Central U.S. Sales/Service Engineer to support our operations. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of manufacturing experience, new machine or rebuild experience, or equivalent professional industry experience to be able to manage, maintain, and grow machine clothing accounts. The individual needs to be self-motivated with a desire to sell, service, and manage Albany’s business with the customer mills. Candidate is also required to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. The position will require the individual to work in a team environment selling and servicing paper machine fabrics. The preferred candidate will demonstrate PMC sales and service ability, will support the paper mill manufacturing process, and demonstrate the ability to participate in the leadership of the Albany team.
