This hybrid position must be local to the National Capital Region and work in our Falls Church office or other GDIT locations at least three (3+) days per week. The Senior Proposal Solutions and Writer is a senior proposal writer responsible for shaping winning strategies, improving proposal quality at scale, strengthening proposal operations, and writing compelling, compliant proposals in response to complex, high-value federal pursuits. This role operates above individual proposal execution—driving consistency, risk management, and measurable improvements in win performance across the proposal portfolio.
