Job Description Summary Rutledge Holding Unit is designed with 12 preop bays to accommodate care for our surgical patients. Nurses in the unit care for a diverse adult inpatient and outpatient population and are both BLS and ACLS certified. Our nurses possess strong critical thinking and communication skills and work closely with our PACU units, ORs, surgical providers, and anesthesia partners to deliver professional and exceptional care for our patients and their families. RT Holding is open Monday through Friday and closed on major holidays. RT Holding is both magnet designated and Joint Commission accredited.
