Inside the Role Inside the Role The Senior Vice President Product Engineering Software & Electronics Back Office is seeking an Executive Operations and Communications Lead. The role leads strategic communication initiatives, supports the day to day operations of the organization, and acts as a trusted partner and confidant within the SVP back office. The position requires high organizational awareness and the ability to anticipate issues, exercise sound judgment, and operate independently in a fast paced environment. The role supports the strategic direction of TT/S by engaging in discussions, facilitating alignment, and driving change across a complex heavy duty truck product engineering environment, with particular exposure to software and electronics topics. A key responsibility of this role is the continuous improvement of back office processes, leveraging AI and digital tools to increase efficiency, transparency, and reliability of executive support.
