You will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel's housekeeping services are delivered to the highest standards, while also managing all staff in the housekeeping department. You will be the first point of contact for guests and staff, and will be in charge of ensuring that the housekeeping team is meeting all guest expectations and adhering to all hotel policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and monitoring performance.
