Job: Laboratory Building Operations Coordinator Under the supervision of the Director of Laboratory Building Operations, the Laboratory Building Operations Coordinator will work with faculty and administrators in academic departments and Facilities staff to maintain functional and safe research and teaching laboratories. Job Description: The Coordinator’s principal responsibilities will support teaching and research laboratories in the departments of Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Neuroscience & Behavior, and Physics & Astronomy. The Coordinator will: Manage the inventory and assist in the movement of common consumable materials for research and teaching laboratories in consultation with multiple departments, including but not limited to compressed gas cylinders and cryogenic materials Provide hazardous waste pick up services for laboratories to the hazardous waste room in the Science Center and maintain the hazardous waste room in compliance with College regulations and environmental health and safety guidance Administer preventative maintenance pr...
