Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Days (United States of America) DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS | Newport News, VA Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital: 2 Bernardine Dr. Newport News, VA 23602: Reports to : Hospital President: # of Direct Reports : TBD (two or more) Primary Function/General Purpose of Position: The Director of Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities and functions of departments within an acute care facility. The Director prepares budgets, develops goals and objectives, supports assigned Managers, develops policies and procedures, and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained. The Director of Operations ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, and in partnership with the site Senior Leadership team provides daily operational support in promoting the mission and values of Bon Secours Mercy Health.
