We’re looking for a dedicated Client Coordinator to work with us onsite and help support our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced and enjoys being the first point of contact for claimants. You’ll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, provide clear and empathetic support, and ensure every claimant receives timely, accurate assistance. If you’re customer‑focused, organized, and energized by phone‑based work, this could be a great fit - all the call‑center energy, none of the call‑center feel. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. This is on onsite role, located at our Woodbury, NY location. We offer a competitive pay of $21-22 per hour depending on experience.
