WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Hayssen Machine Operator – Specific Requirements: · 2+ year experience operating, setting up, or troubleshooting Hayssen (or similar) Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS) packaging equipment preferred; equivalent experience considered. · Working knowledge of film feed and tracking, registration/print mark sensing, forming sets, sealing jaw alignment, and bag length control. · Ability to change over packaging formats (bag size, rollstock/film, forming tube/shoulder, code/date printer settings) and verify first-article quality. · Ability to diagnose and respond to common faults (film break, seal defects, product bridging, inconsistent weights, miss registration) and escalate as needed. · Comfortable using HMI/touchscreen controls to start/stop equipment, adjust parameters within authorized li...
