General operations; management of maintenance, suppliers, contracts, and services for the area and facility security; as well as office layout and physical changes, and support in the logistics and organization of events organized by MIU. (40%) Support in reviewing contracted services, ensuring their implementation (cleaning, fumigation, and any work contracted by Facilities Services).
