The JIRA Support Analyst will serve as a very important team member to help drive Agile and Release Train Management processes to support our customer. The JIRA Support Analyst applies process improvement and governance methodologies and principles to capture activity, scheduling, process modernization, and assessment of RTM efforts within the associated project.
