Prelude Lead Instructor, Internship Programs Prelude is seeking a full-time Lead Instructor, Internship Programs to support our growing Learn & Earn internship programs for high school students. We are a remote team that delivers a mix of in-person and virtual coursework to students in seven cities. Role start date : May 2026 Employment type : Full-time: Location : Hybrid, including in-person instruction in Camden, NJ Reporting to : Managing Director, Programs About Prelude: Prelude partners with high schools and companies to create work-based learning experiences that help students develop the skills, experiences, and networks to pursue upwardly-mobile careers. Our mission is to accelerate students into purpose-filled lives that lead to economic freedom. Our Learn and Earn Internship Program provides high school students with year-long, paid internships at leading companies. These internships give students meaningful work experience while helping them build professional skills and explore career pathways.
