Senior Recruiter – Skilled Trades (Refrigeration & Maintenance) Are you a recruiter who thrives in hard-to-fill, high-impact roles? Do you know what it takes to attract top-tier maintenance technicians, ammonia refrigeration specialists, and skilled trades talent in competitive markets? We’re looking for a Remote Senior Recruiter who brings deep experience in skilled trades recruiting and knows how to identify, engage, and close talent that keeps critical operations running.
