Assistant Dietary Manager We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Dietary Manager to support our Dietary Manager in overseeing daily food service operations in our long term care community. This role helps ensure residents receive nutritious, safe, and high quality meals while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
