Reporting to the Shift Foreman, you will be involved in operating, monitoring and maintaining large-scale machinery in a continuous manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop strong technical skills over time, supported by a structured training program. - 12-hour rotating roster (4 on, 4 off – days & nights) with extended time off built in - Work 156 days of the year on roster, get additional OT on your scheduled leave! - Permanent Full Time position located in Smithfield with strong earning potential (~$110K annually) What You Will Do: - Operate and monitor the paper machine to meet safety, quality and production targets - Troubleshoot faults and support resolving equipment issues to minimise downtime - Carry out routine machine checks and assist with preventative maintenance activities - Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance - Work collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous improvement i...
