Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ocean Freight Export Operation Specialist to manage end-to-end ocean export operations and ensure smooth coordination across all stakeholders. This role is key to maintaining operational excellence, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and delivering high-quality service to customers. Your Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end seafreight export operations from order receipt to final invoicing, - Ensure accurate and timely flow of documentation and shipment information, - Coordinate with customers, customs brokers, shipping lines, and overseas agents, - Monitor export shipments and ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations, - Prepare and review shipping instructions, confirm draft Bills of Lading, and ensure timely document release, - Issue Bills of Lading and invoices after vessel departure and deliver them to customers, - Coordinate with finance for account control, payment collection, and document release, - Organize payment processes and ensure original documents are received and forwarded to relevant parties, - Send pre-alerts and shipment details to overseas agents, - Control costs, calculate pr...
