Position Title: Security Officer Department/School: Security Salary/Pay Rate: $25.35 per hour Job Summary: Marist University seeks applications for the position of Security Officer. The Security Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service and focuses on safety and security to all members of the Marist community. This position supports the institutional ideals of excellence in education, a sense of community, and a commitment to service. The Security Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the campus community, remains alert and always engaged, demonstrates an understanding and embraces engagement with a diverse population, and is capable of handling crisis situations by responding in accordance with department standard operating procedures.
