Overview Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a major national laboratory. The successful candidate will provide development, customization, and support services for the enterprise ServiceNow platform to enhance operational efficiency and align with business needs. This includes developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, and maintaining existing workflows, integrations, and automation scripts. The developer will troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to ensure high availability and performance, support upgrades and testing activities, and provide thorough documentation and knowledge transfer. Deliverables will include customized applications and modules, updated workflows and integrations, issue resolution reports, and comprehensive documentation of all changes and configurations.
