Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full time campus dietitian position at Minnesota State University located in Mankato, Minnesota . In this highly visible and cross-functional role, the selected candidate will work closely with students, campus leaders, and campus athletics, and will provide lectures and tabling events across campus. Up to 20% travel to other college campuses in the region may be required. **This position is eligible for relocation assistance** What You'll Do: - partner closely with culinary and marketing team to evaluate and promote healthy and appealing menu items across multiple dining locations; - meet with students and plan meals for those with food allergies or requiring dietary accommodations; - support campus athletics and work closely with Division I and II athletes, coaches and administrators; and - educate students and promote wellness via tabling events, one-on-one meetings, and presentations.
