Tritium is a global leader in DC fast charging technology, and we're looking for a technically sharp, customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our Field Services team in Brisbane. If you love solving complex problems, thrive in both an office and hands-on field environment, and want to play a real role in the global shift to electric vehicles, this is the role for you. What You'll Do: You'll be the technical backbone of our customer experience; diagnosing issues, coordinating field service activities, and making sure our chargers keep the world moving. - Provide technical support to customers globally via phone, email, and remote access - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults on Tritium EV charging products - Perform on-site commissioning, maintenance, and repairs across Australia (with occasional international travel) - Monitor customer fleets and contribute to proactive maintenance planning - Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and service reports - Participate in an on-call roster including some after-hours and weekend support - Collaborate with the global Field Services team to drive continuous service improvement - Deliv...
