We are hiring a Senior Manager, Product Analytics to lead our Lending analytics team and help shape one of Chime’s most critical growth areas. In this high-visibility role, you’ll partner with leaders across Data, Product, Strategy, Finance, and Engineering to shape decisions that reach millions of members. Reporting to the VP of Analytics, you’ll drive both strategy and execution across our lending products—including how we responsibly expand access to liquidity while improving member financial health. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $188,000.00 and up to $260,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
