About This Role: The role supports service operations by coordinating daily technician schedules, dispatching / invoicing work orders, and supporting account managers with T&M work. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, attentive to detail, has strong organizational skills, and can leverage technology to enhance the communication and operational efficiency of the service branch.
