Company: Mercer Description: Director, Product – Fiber Platform The Director, Product – Fiber Platform owns the vision, strategy, and evolution of the Fiber platform—Mercer US H&B’s unified platform that consolidates and modernizes core capabilities across the portfolio. This role is accountable for defining the platform’s long-term direction, shaping the capability portfolio, and leading cross-functional execution to deliver a scalable, reusable foundation that improves consultant and client workflows, accelerates time-to-market, and enables future innovation (including embedded AI capabilities). Serving as the platform’s senior product leader, this position partners closely with UX, engineering, data/analytics, and senior business stakeholders to ensure Fiber becomes the single platform narrative and operating model across US H&B.
