Overview Element Department Manager Ultrasonic Testing role is to provide greater accountability at all levels of the organization that will drive improvements into our business. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the success of your assigned team to all business metrics under your influence. You must be an effective leader and communicator that will drive your team to achieve the desired results. Fundamentally the Department Manager role is the cornerstone of our new leadership structure. This role will provide the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring we always perform to our customer’s expectations. Salary: $90,000 - $140,000/yr DOE: Responsibilities: Safetyo Ensure team members are trained in and adhering to Company Safety Procedures. Qualityo Improve FTR (First time right), ensure test samples and quality processes are being followed.o Ensure required training is completed for assigned team members.o Develop and implement appropriate cross-training plans.
