Maintenance Supervisor- Week Night

Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Week Night team at our Hanover, PA facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the mechanical/electrical maintenance of the manufacturing plant and equipment, as well as the planning and overseen of the work of the maintenance department staff to ensure safe and efficient operations of the facility. Candidates must have knowledge and hands on application of the pneumatics, hydraulics, construction design, welding, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and waste-water treatment acquired through a combination of 5 to 10 years' experience, an associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering, and self directed independent study, as well as skills in mechanics, equipment design and drafting will be required. Candidates must posses sound math and writing skills, as well as interpersonal and supervisory skills necessary to lead others and coordinate projects and repairs with contractors.
