Acting as a trusted link between Adults & Communities, Finance Operations, providers and partner teams, you’ll help ensure payments, data and decisions are accurate, ethical and centred on the people who rely on our services. You’ll use your insight and problem‑solving skills to untangle complex payment and charging queries, review and correct support plans, and respond confidently to provider and portal enquiries.
