Description Job Title: Assistant Store Manager: Position Summary: The primary function of an Assistant Store Manager is to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and to develop the skills necessary to become an effective Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager helps ensure all store activities align with company goals, customer service expectations, and operational standards. General Purpose: To assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store’s daily operations, learning the management skills and responsibilities required for promotion to a Store Manager position.
