This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our firm. The right individual for this role will work with Holland & Knight’s Billing Attorneys, assistants, and internal teams as a liaison with clients, for the purpose of resolving client non-payment issues to improve collection realization. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: - Communicate and interact with attorneys, assistants, and clients. - Respond to collection related requests quickly, effectively, and accurately. - Work with peers and management on collection related requests. - Manage assigned attorneys’ inventory, specifically monitoring and resolving aged invoices, credit balances, and aged unbilled work. - Handle all aspects of attorney and client outreach (via e-mail, phone, and/or mail) to resolve non-payment issues. -...
