Job description

We are looking for a Finance Process Expert (m/f/d) (unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our locations in Baden-Baden or Verl – flexible working conditions available What you’ll do: - Operational Finance & Process Management: Join our Operational Finance team to develop and optimise our NPL platform, IFA-Leitstand, and support the design, implementation, and execution of standardised processes while ensuring compliance with accounting guidelines. - Month-End, Year-End & Reconciliations: Support month-end and year-end closings, prepare and perform purchase price settlements and reconciliations, and ensure accuracy and completeness of various control checks. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product owners of the IFA Leitstand and accounting stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications for the IT team and verifying their implementation. - Testing & Process Rollout: Coordinate cross-system testing, support the processing team during the rollout of new processes, and contribute to internal and external audits. - Financial Operations Optimization: Actively contribute to the optimisation of financial operations processes and wor...
