Director of Rooms The Springhill/TownePlace Suites Columbus Easton is seeking an experienced Director of Rooms to lead our housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams while delivering exceptional cleanliness and a seamless guest experience. This role partners closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations and consistently high standards across the property. We are looking for a hands-on leader who leads by example and sets the standard for professionalism, attention to detail, and operational excellence.
