Bargaining Unit: UUP Job Summary: The Department of Ambulatory Care Services at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing/Nurse Practitioner, Suite G OB-GYN. The successful candidate will: - Provide primary care services to individuals and families; this will include care for incumbents own panel of patients, as well as seeing walk-in patients of the practice as needed. - Document all care provided in the patients medical records. - Develop further, maintain/manage patient care panel with participation in managed care programs and other direct patient care programs as applicable. - On a daily bases, review all laboratory and radiology reports to identify abnormal result...
