Overview ABOUT THE POSITION: VHB is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Accountant to join our Regional Finance team. In this role, you will provide critical support in managing the financial aspects of engineering projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely from the East Coast and/or an office alongside a team of dedicated professional engineers, scientists, planners, and designers. Our team collaborates with both public and private clients across industries such as transportation, real estate, institutional, and energy, as well as federal, state and local governments. Responsibilities: - Prepare and process client invoices and contract documents - Maintain client and subconsultant contracts - Assist with project setup and budgeting, including review of contract compensation and billing methods - Maintain accurate project financial records and billing files - Provide internal and external support related to tracking and collection of project accounts receivable - Coordinate with subconsultants and vendors regarding accounts payable - Research and resolve client inquiries related to invoicing - Support the Finance team an...
