Village National is seeking a reliable and motivated Preparation Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team in Moranbah. We provide accommodation and catering solutions for some of Australia's leading Resources and Energy companies across both fixed and mobile camps. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with experience in bulk cooking, food prep, and kitchen support, who enjoys working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality meals to our guests. About the Role: As a Preparation Cook, you will assist the Chef and Kitchen Hands with meal preparation, including crib, lunch, and dessert service, slicing meats, in-service cooking, and ensuring all food storage and safety requirements are met. You will also support the kitchen in maintaining cleanliness, stock rotation, and compliance with food safety standards.
