Description Fueling Success in this Role: VP Racing is hiring a full-time Transportation Manager to lead and optimize transportation across our internal fleet, over-the-road carriers, and rail network. You’ll partner with Operations, Fleet Safety, Regional Managers, IT, and Accounting to drive efficient, compliant, and cost-effective freight execution. This role will be based at our San Antonio, Texas Corporate Headquarters location (10205 Oasis Drive San Antonio, TX 78216). Reporting directly to the CFO, this role takes a data-driven approach to transportation strategy, carrier negotiations, modal optimization, and systems implementation. You’ll lead or support the rollout of a freight execution system integrated with NetSuite, while delivering analytical insights that shape operational and financial decisions.
